Custom Mosaics
Examples of methods used to create custom mosaics:
CAD Technology cuts mosaic with low pressure water jet. |
 Mosaics are then dried in racks, awaiting the kiln for the first firing. |
Mosaics are then fired in the kiln. |
 Mosaics are then glazed. All glazing is done individually, by hand. |
 Glazing dries and awaits second firing. |
Glazed mosaics are fired for a second time. Note how glazing now has a "glossy" appearance. Flat or "matte" finishes are available if desired. |
